A. Otto Bid is your personal bidding buddy who will aid your online
bidding in a number of ways including: bidding by proxy automatically, keeping
your bids organized so you can track them all with one glance, and even
notifying you if you have been outbid.
Q. If I purchase multiple lots within a short span of time
could I consolidate the shipment?
A. If multiple purchases are paid by credit card as a single transaction
they may be combined to save you shipping charges. A maximum of ten items
may be consolidated per transaction. Otherwise purchases are shipped individually
with a separate shipping charge. Please contact Customer Service at (800)
638-0422 for further information.
Q. Would an on-line auction end automatically even if someone
is still bidding?
A. No, all online auctions, regardless of posted ending time, will
remain open until they have been inactive for five minutes.
Q. In what time zone is the auction clock?
A.The time on the auction item pages is US Eastern Standard time.
Q. If I'm bidding right before an auction is ending how can
I tell if someone outbids me?
A. It is important to remember to frequently refresh the page.
When you have been outbid you will be notified by e-mail by your bidding
buddy, Otto Bid.
Q. How do I find online auction results?
A. Results will be available following the close of an auction
item and will remain online for up to 30 days in the Auction History areas
of either Ten2Go or Avant.
Q. I've forgotten my password. What can I do?
A. Click on "Sign In" and type in your email address.
Click the underlined statement "Click Here to Have Your Password
Emailed to You". You should receive an email from Theriault's within
four minutes.

Q. Can I increase my Otto Bid amount even if I'm the current
high bidder?
A. Yes, in fact we suggest this if you feel that later bidding
activity will cause you to lose an item. By entering the highest amount
you would be satisfied paying for an item, you've done your best and avoided
being outbid at the last moment.
Q. Could I pay with a check or money order for an online auction
item?
A. Yes, you can pay with a check or money order. Items paid with
a check are held for ten working days while checks clear the local banks.
Items paid via money order or cashier's check are shipped within fourteen
days of being received.
