The bisque head,torso and jointed arms of a glass-eyed doll with painted features and closed mouth,are attached to a cloth taufling wrap which is covered by her dainty and fine early baby dress and matching bonnet,each trimmed with tiny blue silk ribbons; the doll is posed inside a painted tinplate pull-along with spoked wheels,platform and curved frame. Excellent condition. Probably German,circa 1880. Very rare and well-preserved.
