Wearing one-piece romper suit with patterned floral design and lace edging, knit booties. The costume is tagged "Littlest Kitten Madame Alexander New York". Near mint condition. Alexander, model 815, with original "Littlest Kitten" wrist tag and original box stamped "Littlest Kitten 815", 1964.
