Bisque socket head, large blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose-blushed eyeshadow, widely-arched brushstroked brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with shaded lips and upturned lip corners, dimpled chin and philtrum, pierced ears, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with shapely lady torso, modeled bosom, tiny waist. Condition: generally excellent, original lady body and body finish. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 10 (and artist checkmarks on head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1885. Value Points: exceptionally rare all-original doll with luxurious white mohair wig, lady body and multi-layered costume in the late 18th century manner including silk skirt with flocked detail of flowers, original coral silk slippers, silk flowers in hair, and with original burgundy arm band with gilt lettering "Bebe Jumeau".
