Of rich shadow-stripe black velvet,the dress
features a dart-shaped bodice,set-in
waist,flat-front skirt with shaped pleats around
the sides and back,buttons and button loops at the
back,coat sleeves with wide buttoned cuffs,wide
black silk sash. The dress is decorated with a
quilted silk collar having embroidery details and
scalloped lace edging. Included is a tulle bonnet
with padded silk lining,elaborately-ruffled lace
edging with a crown of lace and frou-frou ribbons.
