One-piece bisque figure depicting a young boy with tousled blonde hair seated on upside-down wicker basket, an oversized paper hat on his head, blue side-glancing eyes, pursed lips, a drum held on his lap and two drumsticks held in his hands. Excellent condition. Germany, attributed to Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910.

Pink-tinted bisque shoulderhead turned to the side with coquettishly-tilted head, brown sculpted short curly bob tied with pink hair band and bow, intaglio painted blue side-glancing eyes, closed mouth with beaming smile, row of tiny bead teeth, muslin body with stitch-jointing at shoulders and hips, bisque forearms, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1 Germany Heubach 7866. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912, shoulderhead variation of the popular "Coquette" model.
