black,brown,bronze and cream,the cotton dress
features a hip-length jacket top,designed to be
worn with sleevelets) that snugly fits the
bodice,waist and hips and is outlined with cotton
lace,with buttons and hand-made button holes;
along with fitted skirt having a double row of
sewn-down gathers and pleats at the hem. Along
with a woven straw hat having decorative ribbons
and silk flowers. Circa 1875.
