Brown/Gold Striped Silk/Linen Dress

Of a fine silk/linen fabric with an unusual design of brown stripes and red pencil stripes on gold background,the dress features a rounded neckline,front closure bodice with hook-and-eye at the set-in waistband,bodice fullness achieved by cartridge pleats above the waistband and at the shoulders,box pleats at the front full skirt,and cartridge pleats at the back. The dress has very full lantern sleeves with elaborately constructed pleats at the shoulders,constructed sleeve bands with button-and-loop closure. There is a bronze silk edging at the hem and neckline,and a bronze silk waist tie. Along with matching cape with bronze silk edging and ties. To fit doll about 16". 4" shoulder width. 8" waist.
