Composition head with flanged neck, blue sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eyeshadow, chubby cheeks, rich pink lips, blonde mohair wig, cloth torso and upper limbs, composition hands and baby legs. Wearing white linen-like shirt with lace trim, yellow short pants, socks, shoes, knit cap. The costume has original cloth tag "Madame Alexander New York USA". Excellent condition. Madame Alexander, 1944, the doll has original clover leaf foil tag "Butch" and is presented in original early "bow box".
