The wooden framed display room with constructed niches and display fixtures is designed for exhibition of miniature replicas of treasures from the tomb of Tutankhamun, including various small bronzes and a small framed sign announcing the exhibit. The miniature room was created by well-known miniaturists Joan and William Helton during the 1970s when the celebrated "Treasures of Tutankhamun" exhibit traveled throughout the United States arousing interest in the subject. Excellent condition.

Comments: Danel and Cie, circa 1890, the model was made for one or two years only. Value Points: rarely found model closely resembling its progenitor, the Bebe Jumeau, yet distinctive; especially rare with original signed "Eiffel Tower" body.

Standing upon a velvet-covered base with ebony wooden feet is a bisque headed troubadour having blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, four teeth, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig in flowing curls over cork pate, carton torso and legs, wire upper arms, bisque forearms, wearing original elaborate purple velvet costume with rich gilt trim, and holding a wooden mandolin. Condition: generally excellent, music and mechanism function well. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau 2. Comments: Roullet et Decamps, circa 1890, the model appeared in their original catalog as #369 described as "Persan jouant la mandoline". Value Points: fine original condition with charming presentation, costume, and movements, the automaton is all-original.

Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, brilliant cobalt blue glass inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee lady body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1875. Value Points: exquisite painting of delicate complexion and facial features complementing the brilliant cobalt blue eyes, antique lady's walking suit of mauve and cream with pagoda-style sleeves.
12" (30 cm.) Each has carved wooden head with defined and tinted facial features, the bride with coiled chignon decorated with a band of roses, and the groom with black tinted hair, each with firmly stuffed cloth body and wooden lower arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Chinese Door of Hope Mission circa 1925. Value Points: the couple wear their elaborate original wedding costumes, the bride in traditional red silk with elaborate coiffe.
4" (10 cm.) h. etagere. Including a wooden fireplace front with faux-fireplace screen being a lithograph of young girl holding her doll. Along with ormolu mantel clock, two pots of silk flowers, ormolu corner etagere, bone fireplace bellows, ruffled rose bowl with gilt metal pedestal, tiny bone and metal urn. Excellent condition.
