Wearing blue flannel double-breasted jacket with pearl buttons,white shirt with black bow tie,orange flannel pants,shoes and socks,blue flannel cap. Unsigned,Madame Alexander from storybook series,a variation of the Oliver Twist doll,#9,indicates its probable inclusion in that series,circa 1933.
