All-cloth doll with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes with white eyedots, long curly lashes, very rosy cheeks, blonde mohair bobbed wig, jointing at shoulders and hips. He is wearing original one-piece yellow polka dot shirt with black and white patterned cotton trousers, black flannel jacket, silk voile bow tie, socks, black front-snap shoes, and black pressed felt flannel top hat. Excellent condition, complexion bright and fresh. The doll has original cloth tag on costume "David Copperfield/Madame Alexander/New York". Madame Alexander, 1933, depicting the character from the Charles Dickens novel.
