15" (38 cm.) All-composition with socket head, blue sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eye shadow, closed mouth with rich red lips, blonde mohair wig in original curls, jointing at shoulders and hips. She is wearing original ivory satin wedding gown with applique lilies of the valley to match her bouquet, attached petticoat, panties, socks and side-snap shoes with bows, pearls, and an elaborate coronet with floral trim and extended veil train. The costume is tagged "Madame Alexander New York USA". Near mint condition. Madame Alexander, 1943, the bride has original gold foil tag and is preserved in her original pink-label box with FAO Schwarz store label. A bride with nearly duplicate gown was featured in the September 1942 Playthings ad for Alexander.
