She is wearing original rose cotton dress with white pinafore trimmed with blue bows, matching slip and panties with ruffled edging, socks, blue side-snap ankle boots, and wide-brimmed bonnet trimmed with roses and mums, The costume is tagged "McGuffey-Ana/Madame Alexander NY USA/All Rights Reserved".
