All composition with socket head, brown sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eyeshadow, open mouth, four teeth, blushed cheeks, blonde human hair in original coiffure with floral accents, jointing at shoulders and hips. She is wearing original pale rose satin skating dress with box-pleated sleevelets and unusual draping of skirt allowing the ruffled net underskirt to show, blue taffeta panties, tiny rose bud appliques on skirt, laced skates. The costume has original cloth label "Genuine Sonja Henie/Madame Alexander, N.Y./All Rights Reserved". Near mint condition, unplayed with. Madame Alexander, 1939, the doll is preserved in her original pink/red striped box, model 2400K, with illustration of the famed celebrity skater.
