"Dionne Quintuplets" Presented in the Earliest-Model Bed, 1935

7" (18 cm.) Each is all composition with painted brown baby hair, painted brown side-glancing eyes, tiny closed mouth, five-piece baby body. Each is wearing original flannel diaper and sleeveless woven shirt, three with embroidered bibs (Annette, Emilie, and Yvonne), and also included are five pink flannel robs. Three dolls are excellent, two have some old bubbling of finish. Alexander, 1935, the dolls are presented in the earliest model of white wooden bed (without name labels) along with original pink-covered mattress and pillow, and with flannel blanket. Also included is early booklet "Choose your favorite...complete your collection of these darling babies by being a good girl. Ma may get you one, then Pa another. Then there are Aunty Jane and Uncle Bill - they will want to please you, too."
