Early French Poupee Gown in the Huret Manner

For 16" Huret era poupee. Of white cotton with patterned blue and red tiny flowers, and trailing vines, the gown features a rounded neck, gathered sleevelets, double-tiered gathered skirt and extended-length lappets. The dress is trimmed at virtually every edge with a dainty embroidered edging. Excellent condition. French, circa 1860.
