16" (41 cm.) White mohair teddy with swivel head, stitched ears, pronounced snout nose with original brown embroidered nose tip and mouth, black shoe button eyes, pronounced hump, elongated jointed arms, side-hip jointed legs, felt paw pads. Near mint condition. Germany, Steiff, with original blank button in ear, circa 1915, in especially well preserved condition including original nose embroidery.
