The velvet dogs depict the character Bonzo,and have painted features on stitch-shaped face,the larger is in one-piece seated pose,and the smaller has jointed hips. Good (larger) excellent (smaller). The paper-covered wooden box with gilt lettering "La Petite Fleuriste" (the little flower maker) on the lid is fitted inside with a bounty of decorative papers,an instruction manual for making paper flowers,various supplies and trims,and 15 boxes with gilt-paper edged glass window lids that are trimmed with paper flowers,containing more supplies and trim,and are still sealed,never having been opened. The box has the gilt mark of JFL (or JLF,intertwined letters) and Paris,with "Modele Depose No.24511",and is in pristine never-played with condition with beautiful luxury-quality materials. Circa 1890.

Bisque socket head,brown glass inset eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,brunette mohair wig,Sonneberg composition and wooden fully-jointed body,pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent,body is correct style and era albeit a tad large. Marks: G.K. 14.27. Comments: Gebruder Kuhnlenz,circa 1885,the model closely resemble the classic bebe by Leon Casimir Bru. Value Points: rare model with richly-painted features complementing the large brown eyes.
