Bisque socket head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, mauve-blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, antique burgundy silk dress, lace bonnet, undergarments, socks, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Jumeau 5 (incised on head, with artist checkmarks) Jumeau Medaille d'Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1884, the model was made for one year only. Value Points: very beautiful face with choice complexion, original wig, pate, body, body finish.
