Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, rose-blushed eyeshadow, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, blonde mohair wig over Steiner pate, Steiner composition fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, small restoration at outer right eye rim, original body and body finish. Marks: Steiner Paris Fre A 15 (head) Le Petit Parisien Bebe Steiner (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1890. Value Points: especially pretty wide-eyed bebe with gleaming complexion, wearing beautiful aqua silk and lace costume, frou-frou ruffled bonnet.
