15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth modeled with tiny tongue tip between the lips, and two beaded upper teeth, brunette mohair wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, charming antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 21 SFBJ 247 Paris 6 (head) (partial SFBJ paper label on back). Comments: SFBJ, circa 1912. Value Points: delightful excited expression, finest bisque with luminous complexion, original body and body finish.
