Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, widely-feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French poupee body of padded stockinette with shapely torso, bisque hands and lower legs with bare feet, antique night shirt and lace cap. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1 (head and shoulderplate) F.G. (shoulders). Comments: Gaultier with deposed Gesland poupee body, circa 1875. Value Points: rare poupee with beautifully-modeled bisque hands and feet, very clean and sturdy body.
