A card stock box in the shape of a game box has marbleized paper cover and gilt lettering "Loto", and hinges open to reveal a stack of lotto (bingo) cards and two little bags of wooden buttons, along with 12 small cardboard boxes with images of French soldiers. The small boxes originally held small chocolate bars, and were presented as a token to the winner of the Loto game. Excellent condition. French, circa 1875, beautifully-preserved presentation box from luxury Parisian candy shop.
