The heavy card stock box with decorative paper cover and gilt lettered "Dentelle aux Fuseaux" opens to well-fitted interior with instructions, tools, materials and samplers designed to teach a child tatting, knitting, lace-making and such, all still tied into the original box in fine unplayed with condition. French, circa 1900.
