Poured wax head with highly-characterized features including pronounced nose, plump face, firmly-set smiling lips, blue glass inset eyes, blonde mohair curly wig, very plump firmly-stuffed cloth body with poured wax hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: maker unknown, late 1800s. Value Points: wonderful expression aptly suitable for the doll's presentation as a Chef, with original uniform, chef's cap, and apron embroidered "Bon Appetit".
