German All-Bisque Kewpie Sweeper

4" (10 cm.) One piece all-bisque Kewpie,standing alongside a bisque dust bin,and clasping a brown-handled yellow floor broom in both hands,having top knot,forelock,blue wings,left side-glancing googly eyes. Condition: generally excellent,tiny flake at broom rim. Marks: c (circle). Comments: designed by Rose O'Neill,made in Germany,circa 1915. Value Points: fine quality of bisque,sculpting and painting,two original paper labels.
