18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted facial features, down-glancing brown eyes, black upper eyeliner with painted tiny lashes, short angled brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with hint of smile, blonde mohair wig in long braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent except small chip at bottom of neck socket (hidden inside torso). Marks: K&H 520 6 Germany (head) Made in Germany (body). Comments: Kley and Hahn, circa 1912. Value Points: excellent modeling of laughter crinkles and dimples enhanced by fine matte bisque, original body finish, antique folklore costume.
