Solid domed bisque socket head, lightly-tinted brown baby hair, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, tinted brows, accented nostrils, open mouth with merry smile, shaded lips, tongue, two porcelain lower teeth, deeply-impressed cheek dimples, double chin, firmly-stuffed cloth torso and upper legs, composition arms and lower legs, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Copr. by Georgene Averill Made in Germany. Comments: Bonnie Babe, commissioned by George Borgfeldt from German porcelain firms, circa 1920. Value Points: rare largest size of the cheerful-faced child.
