Solid domed bisque socket head, painted blonde boyish hair, painted facial features, intaglio dark blue eyes, black and incised upper eyeliner, short- stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with well-shaded lips, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 8. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910. Value Points: wonderful modeling on the dimpled chin character, wearing very rare 19th century costume of journeyman carpenter's apprentice of black wool and velvet with silver coin decorations.
