10" (26 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult woman with slightly plump face,blonde sculpted hair in deep waves from forehead and behind partially modeled pierced ears into arranged ringlet curls captured by a black hair band and bow,painted blue eyes,closed mouth,muslin body with bisque hands and lower legs,nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: probably Alt,Beck and Gottschalk,circa 1880. Value Points: excellent detail of sculpting and painting on small doll.
