4" (10 cm.) seated. Waist-up porcelain half-doll with sculpted blonde hair, painted marbled halter which matches the finish on the porcelain chair in which she is seated. The half-doll is attached to a powder puff skirt which is further attached to porcelain legs, and the doll is posed in a concave bowl in the seat of the chair. Marks: 1746. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1920.
