4 1/2" (11 cm.) Pink felt covered head over metal frame, little bead eyes, stitched-on ears, attached cap, metal torso containing mechanism, metal feet, original stitched- on costume and carrying a tin valise with travel stickers. When wound, he moves forward and twirls around in amusing fashion. Excellent condition. Germany, Schuco, model 980/6, 1930s, the perfectly-preserved toy is in its original box with colorful illustrations.
