Porcelain half-doll of naked slender-bodied lady with black hair in short bob with bangs, her arms bent at her elbows and clasping a Polichinelle doll with green and white striped costume, original cloth lower torso and porcelain legs in dainty pose. She is posed seated on a velvet pin-cushion and has embroidered tulle skirt and beaded necklace. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1920, charming and wonderfully-preserved novelty, details include gold painted bracelets and heeled shoes and characteristic hump on Polichinelle.
