Waist-up porcelain nude lady with elaborately-arranged coiffure in the 18th century style featuring clusters of ringlet curls and crowned with a curled purple feather, her arms posed away and holding a letter in her left hand which she appears to be reading. Marks: (blue bishop's staff stamp). Excellent condition. Germany, Dressel & Kister, circa 1912.
