German Porcelain Half-Doll with Lavish Ribboned Bonnet by Dressel & Kister

5" (13 cm.) Waist-up porcelain half-doll with sculpted brown hair tied into three ringlet curls at each side of face, beneath a wide-brimmed bonnet with pink lining and ruffled edge, decorated with large pink bows and streamers, and a yellow feather, the decoration as lavish at the back as at the front, arms modeled away from body, her left arm extended below the waist. Marks: (blue bishop's staff mark). Excellent condition. Germany, Dressed & Kister, circa 1910.
