15" (38 cm.) l. 7"h. Porcelain figurine depicts a despondent Pierrot in seated pose, left leg bent at knee over his right extended leg, his arms with stretched sleeves held over his head and supporting his angular torso, classic Pierrot costume with unusual black ruffled collar. Marks: 8886 (incised) (Heubach (blue stamp). Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1920, Heubach, attributed to sculpture work by Wera Von Bartels.
