The porcelain powder box depicts a flapper era woman with short black hair lying on her back, the upper body leaning upward supported by her elbows, and the actual box forming her ruffled skirt through which her legs are protruding as though she is kicking; the legs forming the handle for the box lid. Marks: DRGM. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1920s.
