Bisque socket head, deep brown glass paperweight inset eyes in small eye cuts, dark eyeliner, lushly-painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth, outlined lips, dimpled chin, separately-modeled pierced ears, original blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, original body and body finish. Marks: Depose Jumeau 12 (incised mark) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1884, a rare model that was made for one or two years only. Value Points: the rarity of the model is rivaled by her exceptional beautiful and flawless bisque, original wig and body.
