Grand German Porcelain Half-Doll "Lady with Exuberant Seven-Feather Bonnet" by Aelteste Volkstedter

8" (20 cm.) Waist-up porcelain nude half-doll with sculpted brown hair having ringlet curls at the sides of face beneath a lavender bonnet with very wide front brim that is decorated with seven shaded curled feathers and flowing magenta streamers, arms modeled away from her body with daintily posed hands. Marks: (N over crown blue stamp). Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1915, Aesteste Volkstedter Porzellanfabrick, a rare large size of the elaborately-sculpted half-doll with exuberant bonnet.
