High-Waisted Skirt with Muslin Blouse

Of very narrowly-ribbed white pique,the skirt features a very high waistband that virtually forms a bodice,button-and-loop closure at the back,double-box-pleated very full skirt. The skirt is decorated with black soutache,brown silk panels on the bodice,white cotton edging and narrow soutache. With the skirt is a sheer muslin blouse with narrow horizontal tucking,lace collar,long gigot sleeves that are very full at the shoulders,and tapered to fitted lace-edged buttoned cuffs. To fit doll about 16". 4" shoulder width. 8" waist.
