Large German All-Bisque Miniature Doll, Model 150, by Kestner in Lace-Fitted Basket

9" (23 cm.) Bisque head and torso, brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, knee-high ribbed painted pink stockings and black one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 150 2 1/2 (head and arms). Comments: Kestner, circa 1900. Value Points: rare larger size of the pretty doll, original lashes and wig, antique lace dress and bonnet with undergarments, and laid in lace-fitted basket.
