6" shoulders. 13" overall length. The dropped-waist dress has wide constructed pleats that extend the entire bodice at the front and the entire dress at the back. The very full sleeves are cut as one-piece with the dress giving a full-shoulder impression. Plaid silk,which is quite frail,adorns the collar,cuffs,hip sash,and buttons. Circa 1890.
