All-cloth doll with flat-dimensional face, double-seam band at the crown, circle-stitched seam around the face, oil-painted complexion with softly blushed complexion, painted brown hair with ringlet curls, painted brown eyes with white eyedots, brows, outlined nose with shaded nostrils, closed mouth, stitch-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American, circa 1885. Value Points: original finish is well preserved on the early cloth doll with artistic painting, intricate head construction.
