Silk Plaid Day Dress

Soft silk in brown and bronze plaid features a very high waist with constructed waistband that is virtually hidden at the flat front of the gown,but strongly featured at the back with cartridge gathers above and below. There are pleats at the front bodice top that give shape to the dress but are covered by the capelet collar that extends nearly to the waistband. The sleeves are elongated and tied with silk ribbons,the gown is lined,and there is patterned silk ribbon edging down the front opening,sleeve bands and collar edging. To fit doll about 28". 3" shoulder width.
