Delightful and Rare Italian Cloth Elf by Lenci

The all- felt whimsical figure has golden brown felt complexion with mythical large pointed ears,painted brown side-glancing eyes,wide beaming smile with painted teeth,and is posed with firmly stuffed body,chubby torso,arms bent at elbows with intertwined clasped fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci,Made in Italy (paper label under collar). Comments: Lenci,circa 1930. Value Points: the whimsical elfin figure has delightful design incorporating imaginative pose,and well-preserved colorful costume including wide-brimmed felt hat with four- leaf clover trim.
