Seated upon a half-sphere shaped base (rolly-dolly,made to wobble but not fall over) is a wool monkey with simple construction,stitched ears,shoe-button eyes,extended limbs,long tail,with red collar and cap. Excellent condition with few moth holes in cap. Germany,Steiff,very early pre-button model,1893.
