4" shoulder width. 10" overall length. Of pale blue cotton chambray,the dropped-waist dress has two tiers of narrow pleats at the lower skirt,coat sleeves and a wide pleated sash that folds over at the back. There is a wide tulle and lace collar that match the wide lace cuffs,and fine lace edges the sash and forms a separation between each tier of pleats. Circa 1880.
