Princess-Style Dress with Cutwork Trim

A dainty neat dress with tapered princess shape of crisp rose cotton,V-shaped front insert of pink and white striped cotton centered by a row of decorative buttons and full-length lapels that hide button closure and are edged by scalloped cutwork. The dress has coat sleeves with wide stitched down cuffs edged with striped fabric and cutwork,and matching collar. There are matching pockets on each side,a 1 1/2" band of vertical pleats at the hemline,and fitted darts at the back waist that give shape to the slightly flared back.
