All-cloth doll with pressed facial features, plum cheeks, dark blue painted side-glancing eyes with white eyedots, painted upper lashes, single-stroke brows, tiny button-shaped nose, tiny lips, blonde silky floss curly hair, firmly-stuffed pink twill body, stitch-jointing at shoulders and hips. She is wearing original sheer nylon dress with lace trim, undergarments, socks, shoes and pink satin hair bow. The gown is tagged "Madame Alexander New York USA".
